Akamba Big Jam Music Fest Full Terms and Conditions

All tickets will be sent out by email for you to print and bring to The Big Jam Music Fest. They are individually bar coded and will be scanned on your arrival at the festival. If you are unable to print your ticket please bring your booking reference and ID with you to the festival. Under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket purchaser who is over 18. All tickets are non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-transferable. Defaced tickets can not be accepted.


We can not offer refunds if you are unable to make it to the festival or on the basis of inclement weather. The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever. Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances other than cancellation of the event or unless the event is moved to another date which prohibits you from attending (in some cases there will be a deadline for a refund request, if you do not meet this date then we cannot refund your tickets). In this instance the full value of the ticket less any booking fees, transaction fees, postage/credit card charges and insurance will be refunded.  Although we will do our best to keep you informed of any cancellation, it is the ticket holders’ responsibility to establish whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. There is no obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets should an event organiser subsequently offer any discount or promotion that makes tickets available at a price lower than that previously paid by any customer.


Ticket Touts/Fake Tickets/Authorised Sellers

Please note that tickets are only available via this website and our ticket hotline phone number(0121 733 3111). Please only buy from these agencies. If you do not, and end up with a fake/stolen ticket we can not allow you on to the festival site! This applies to tickets purchased from touts on the roads leading to the festival.


Admission terms

The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the festival. The Festival may conduct security searches on entry. Should you be refused entry for any reason, including but not limiting to how you are dressed we are not liable to refund you for the ticket you have purchased. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival. Vehicles and their contents parked at the owner’s risk. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, from vehicles.

You are advised to check if the venue has a last entry time. Even ticket holders may not be admitted after this time.

What You Can And Can’t Bring

Dogs are permitted, however, Akamba Big Jam Music Fest takes no responsibility for the welfare of them. Owners are responsible for their dogs and within the Festival dogs should be kept on leads and should clean up after them. Car checks will be in operation. Please do not leave your dogs in the cars.

No Picnics, No food or drink is permitted into the festival site, only food and drink purchased at The Big Jam Fest may be consumed at The Big Jam Fest.  .

For health and safety and more importantly licensing reasons No food or drink is permitted into the festival site, you will find a variety of food and drinks available for purchase to suit all tastes.

We have to be very strict about this so please do not be offended when security and stewards check your bags.
All alcohol and food if not returned to your car will be disposed of.

Detailed Terms & Conditions

Should you have a complaint about an event that has taken place, we will take this up with the event organiser provided you have contacted us within 7 days of the event taking place. We cannot guarantee any outcome.

The event organiser, venue management  accept no responsibility for any personal property.

It is often the case that official merchandise is only available inside the venue.

Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
